Primary visionary behind the organization. Focuses on high-level capitalization, global partnerships with climate funds, and strategic expansion across the continent. Climate finance advisor for CRDB Bank; led a US$200M commercial bank climate funding proposal.

Karen Marie Kasigila

Director of Data Science

Ensures every investment is backed by rigorous analytical modeling. Oversees proprietary risk-assessment tools, tracks real-time carbon sequestration data, and translates complex climate datasets into actionable financial strategies.
